AI summary based on real user insights
The roborock H60 Hub earns real praise for its docking station experience. Users highlight that the docking station is awesome, with a dust bag that is a decent size and reliably empties the canister completely — a genuinely appreciated convenience for day-to-day use.
However, the H60 Hub comes with significant caveats that prospective buyers should be aware of before purchasing. A recurring complaint is that the Hub variant doesn't come with a flexible wand, instead shipping with only a basic telescopic wand — something users feel has not been marketed or communicated properly. Making matters worse, sourcing one separately seems unlikely, as users warn it is highly unlikely you'll be able to get it later.
Carpet users should approach this product with caution. Multiple reviewers note that the H60 Hub is definitely not suitable for carpet, with others adding that it doesn't really stick to carpet. Combined with reports of battery life that seems a bit poor, this vacuum appears best suited to hard floor households rather than carpeted homes.
The H60 Hub is most likely to satisfy users who primarily clean hard floors and value the convenience of an auto-empty docking station. Those who need versatile attachments for tight spaces or above-floor cleaning may find the non-Hub variant — which does include the flex wand — to be the better choice.
